The main aim – to carry out research on 3D printing of food products based on specialized raw materials and to prepare a concept of innovative food.
Knowledge was gained using a 3D food printer (Foodini), its performance and functional properties. Research was conducted on 3D food printing using plant-based raw materials. Optimization of food 3D printing conditions was performed using all cartridges.
