The main objectives (technical and programming) and end goal of this project are to develop and
proof a technology concept for future space food snacks, incorporating alternative food raw materials
into the existing production technology of freeze-dried snacks, and achieving the highest quality and
sensorial acceptability of conceptual food products for space missions.
